-Assist Project Manager to take charge and lead the project and ad-hoc team in meeting client contractual obligations.

-Assist the Project Manager to coordinate the project in order to keep the project in a state of good and operational condition and in compliance of all relevant legislation, standards and requirements governing the maintenance and management of buildings in Singapore.

-Assist the Project Manager to prepare specifications, call tenders, evaluate tenders, negotiate tenders and make recommendations to client.

-To ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance and ad-hoc works are carried out.

-Recommendation on M&E and building services to enhance the reliability and feasibility to clients.

-To ensure continuous improvement to the teams programme.

-Attending all meetings such as projects, managements, staff matters, Energy Management, Operation Meeting etc

-Provide technical support to site staff.

-Monitor and check contractor’s performance and ensure short down time & improve contracors’ standard of work.

Finance Manager Reporting to Company's Board of Directors, you will have full accounting responsibility for the company, including all day to day transactions through to external audit of financial statements. To be considered for this role you must be a qualified accountant with a minimum four years post qualification experience. Project Accounting and experience in the property/construction industry is highly advantageous. You must be a self starter, motivated and be able to work to deadlines and across different key stakeholders. Strong communication skills is essential.
