Singapore - Tax Assistant Manager

Tax Assistant Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseee full spectrum of tax support for regional offices & HQ, focusing on tax advisory, tax planning, compliance and risk management including of filing of corporate tax, GST and withholding tax

Review transfer pricing procedures and policies as well as ensure documentations are consistent with local tax law

Work closely with tax consultant to prepare and filing of corporate tax

Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly tax provision

Develop operational procedures for collection of tax information as well as perform regular tax audit to ensure compliance

Review, analysis, planning and reorganization of corporate / business structures and transactions, to maximize tax efficiency within the Group

Other ad-hoc projects or assigned tasks


REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

Minimum 4 years of related experience in MNC or consultancy firms handling direct and indirect taxes

Experience in handling transfer pricing documentations will be an added advantage

Good interactive and communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels

Good project management skill

Proficient in MS Office like Excel, Excel Visio, Powerpoint

Willing to travel
