Responsibilities:

Reporting to Head of Client Account Management, you will be responsible for technical related matters which include:

Prepare Cover Notes and Addenda in accordance with final terms.
Entry of coverage information into system for premium invoicing
Review technical statement of accounts from assigned client companies; process statements and billings according to departmental procedures.
Review initial and subsequent claim advices from assigned client companies; process claims and billings according to departmental procedures.
Attend to queries from insurers/reinsurers
Assist in the resolution of premium/claim accounting issues
Ensure procedures and documentation are in compliance with Guy Carpenter Professional Standards
Production of management report

Requirements:

§ Technical accounts (treaty or fac) and claims experience.

§ At least 3 years insurance experience.

§ Self motivated and proactive

§ Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills

§ Proficient in MS Office applications
