Summary

Responsibilities

Conducting issue-specific investigations into matters raise by business leaders and also by employees.

Working with our client’s business units to agree on corrective actions for particulars issues, including E&O’s.

Learning lessons from prior issues to seek to prevent recurrence.

Working together with MMC Legal on various issues, including interpretation of compliance requirements.

Liaising/sharing information with compliance personnel from other MMC operating companies.

Requirements

Regulatory experience in a compliance role.

Knowledge of risk management principles and experience of working in a multi disciplinary business would be an advantage.

4 +- 8 years of experience.

Compliance / Audit experience with a strong awareness of risk and control.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good writing skills.

Highly organized, positive attitude, flexible and proactive.

Team player and People oriented.

Those with relevant experience in financial, law, insurance or asset management industry will have an added advantage.

Must be willingto travel.
