REQUIREMENTS:

Academic degree in a related field with several years of experience in either property or casualty

Japanese language is a prerequisite with a good command of English

Experience in business origination, marketing and business development

People leadership experience is required

Ability to build up and cultivate and extensive network to senior managers/risk managers of large Asian Corporates

Take personal responsibility and in persistent in all his/her strategies and actions (internal and external)
