Singapore - Finance Manager

Finance Manager Reporting to Company's Board of Directors, you will have full accounting responsibility for the company, including all day to day transactions through to external audit of financial statements. You will also be instrumental in building a team to assist you in managing the company's finances during the construction period. You will have sole responsibility for liaising with the Project Manager to ensure timely completion of the project with in budget.

Subsequent to completion of the development you will ensure the effective and efficient management of day to day financial arrangements, including budgeting, reporting, accounting and collection and disbursements of funds.

To be considered for this role you must be a qualified accountant with a minimum four years post qualification experience. Project Accounting and experience in the property/construction industry is highly advantageous. You must be a self starter, motivated and be able to work to deadlines and across different key stakeholders. Strong communication skills is essential. Our client is part of a holding company whose commercial activities encompass construction, oil and gas, retail, industrial and education and services.
