Knowledge of all operating system related issues & common system admin duties, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Cisco & Juniper routers Desired Skills:

Excellent verbal and communications skills in English. Advantage to know Mandarin

Strong Knowledge of network cabling infrastructure including MDF, IDF, DMARC.

Thorough understanding of how to organize and dress cables/wires.

Good to have of some C, PERL, Linux, HP/UX and RAID experience

Job Requirements:
Candidates with Data Centre experience especially on facilities and on-site support (IDC operations and installation).

Those with above working experience from the banking sector will be good - security issue.

Process all incoming claims

Assist Team Leader with investigation of complex/high value claims for recommendation to the Claims Committee

Handle policy holder's enquiry on policy sales, coverage & claim matters.

Participates in service recovery where required

Assist Team Leader to review and standardize claims practice and strengthen claims control


Requirement

Diploma holder in Insurance or Law with 2 years' relevant experience in claims management

Knowledge of general insurance, medical terms will be a definite advantage

Able to work independently as well as in a team under pressure

Possess good initiative, interpersonal and communication skills

Effective Bilingual / Strong written skills required
