Regional Chief Financial Officer $30Kpm/450Kpa Our client is the leading regional player in the health and wellness industry. It current has a vacancy for a Regional Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Annual Package: US$200,000

Discretionary Annual Bonus:US$100,000

Report directly to the CEO, the candidate is required to :

Provide overall leadership and direction to all finance departments.

Keep abreast of latest updates in accounting standards.

Involve in training the regional finance team.

Actively participate in strategic and tactical financial planning & forecasting in both group and regional basis.

To consolidate and furnish timely and accurate management reports.

To liaise with auditors, bankers, lawyers, stock analyst, stock exchange and relevant authorities across the region when necessary.

To ensure that the financial and statutory accounting reporting are as per international and local regulatory and legal requirements forSingapore, Malaysia, Thailand,Taiwan & Middle East (Mandatory)

Able to oversee the whole process of listing on SGX

Requirements

Possess relevant MBA accreditation or equivalent.

At least 10 years of relevant experience in management position.

Knowledge of accounting processes in the Middle East is essential

Prior experience in fitness and wellness sector with overseas exposure will be an added advantage.

Possess analytical, leadership, interpersonal and communications skills and business acumen.

Excellent communication and diplomatic skills to deal with regional and cultural issues.

Self-motivated, confident and bilingual.

Must be able to travel as and when required.
