You will provide assistance to the leasing manager in planning anf implementing the tenency mix in a retail mall. You will also be responsible for the formulation and implementation of suitable marketing strategies. You should also maintain good rapport with the tenants and possess to ability to negotiate leases and attend to any ad hoc tenanct matters. You will also be assisting in the preparation of rental budgets and also in updating the tenants listings within the mall.
The Person
You should possess a good Diploma or Degree with minimum 2 years of experience inEstate Management or Building industry.You must possess strong analytical skills and able to work at a fast paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill is also essential,as you might need to liaise with different departments for the collation of data. Candidates with prior experience in a Retail mall environment will be advantageous.
2. Senior/Operations Executive(Max $5000)
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team handling and overseeing building operational duties within the company retail mall. You will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in supervising and monitoring of daily maintenance and contractors work so as to ensure that the project is completed within the stipulated period of time.Youwill also need tomanaged a team of technicians inthe daily maintenance of any ad hoc mattersthatis raised by tenants of the company. You will also be required to assist the Operations Manager in the preparation of budget reports for the various projects that is held within the mall.
The person
You should possess a Degree in Estate Management or Architectural Technologywith minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in a retail mall environment. Other attitudes includes pleasant personality, confident, good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work on shifts/weekends and public holidays. Those with prior experience in a retail mall environment will be advantageous.
3. Retail Design Executive (Max $3500)
You will be responsible for conducting meetings to brief tenants on landlord's requirements pertaining to all building and renovation issues. You will also assist in reviewing tenants design and provide solutions to ensure that the desgin profile comply with the landlord's guidelines. You will also be required to conduct regular inspections and issue rectification notice tothose tenants that do not conformed to the landlord's guidelines.
