Call Centre/Admin Executive As part of theBenefits Solutionsteam, yourmain responsibilities are tohandle customers' enquiries and requests as well as to provide administrative support to the team.

Customers' enquiries and requests can come in the form of phone calls and emailswhichyou will be expected to handle both modes efficiently and professionally -and in doing so,achieving the service objectivesof providing accurate and prompt responses.While interacting and communicating with customers, you will also be required to update complete and exact details in the customer relationship (CRM) database. § Those who possess insurance related certifications e.g. CMFAS Module 5 & 9, Certificate in Health Insurance, Certificate in General Insurance, etc, will be preferred.

§ Matured with excellent customer service and communication skills

§ Ability to multi-task in a team environment while able to work independently.
