-- BS or higher Degree in Computer Science/Engineering with 3+ years of work experience

-- Strong command of the written English language

-- Ability to think technically as well as visually

-- Ability to create realistic mockups in Adobe Photoshop or similar tool

-- Experience in user interface design is an advantage

-- Experience with Maya, Max, XSI or Microsoft Visual Studio is an advantage
