IT Helpdesk Post Date: 18 May 09Responsibilities • Provide a single point of contact for all users to report problems and assist to raise service requests.• To provide first-level telephone and technical IT support to government users for troubleshooting and resolution of government applications and computer related problems• Escalate service requests and unresolved problems to the appropriate support groups; this includes external and internal groups/vendors for further analysis and resolution.Requirements• Have good technical skills in MS WINDOWS 2000/ XP/ MS OUTLOOK/ MS OFFICE.• Minimum 1 year experience in Helpdesk Technical Support.
