Our client is looking to hire a Contract IT Business Analyst.
Job Purpose:
Analyze and document business objectives, problems and requirements.
Prepare project deliverables including functional design specifications and system test plans.
Partner with solution architects, technical designers and developers to design and develop technology-based solutions.
Train HR professionals in the Asia Pacific region on HR systems and processes.
Manage small to medium projects following established project management.
Apply knowledge of HR domain and applications.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience with business analysis and detailed functional design.
Minimum 3 years experience in the HR domain including HR Administration Payroll, Performance Management, Learning Management, Recruiting, Manager and Employee Self Service.
Hands on experience with PeopleSoft are highly preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience in a global role with large, Multi-national Corporation.
Strong technical knowledge of application systems development, delivery and integration.
Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment with colleagues located around the world.
Proven ability to learn and contribute quickly.
Demonstrated outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Preferably bilingual speaking candidates and SPR/Singaporean.
