Singapore - Sales Manager

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

l Manage and develop the sales force to achieve sales & revenue growth targets

l Conduct regular sales reviews and strategise every sales opportunity with the team

l Manage and develop further some key accounts allocated to you

l Manage and maintain excellent customer and partner relationship with excellent services

l Develop, execute and review annual sales plan with the management

Requirements:

l Diploma or Degree in any discipline with determination to succeed in sales career

l Minimum 6 years proven track record and direct sales experience in IT Solution and/or business solutions design

l Good knowledge and aptitude of IT, experience in selling of IBM/HP Software/Hardware solution will be added advantage

l Very strong prospecting, communication, interpersonal, presentation and consultative selling skills

l Possess leadership, positive work attitude, initiative, result-oriented, resourceful, confident, able to work independently and able to work under high pressure, yet effectively to achieve goals

l Certified Sales Professional or equivalent by IT vendors is a must
