- This role is responsible for leading a project team in delivering a solution to the customer using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract.
- Overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. Also responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the customer.
- Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer. Manages from E2E a SAP and non-SAP solution deployment across Asia Pacific of 9 countries working with 10-20 different groups of people (IBM and client). This does not involve design and build of the solution - mainly UAT testing, training and some data migration.
Requirements
- Min 7 years of Project Management Skills with at least the last 2 projects of large scale SAP solution, multiple-country, multiple-team environment.
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, able to interact with client at multiple levels.
