Singapore - IT Support Executive

IT Support Executive Job description

Maintenance of 20-30 PCs and Macintosh workstations and laptops
Providing networking support, including system administration of Apple Xserve server and user accounts
Provide deskside troubleshooting of OS and standard productivity applications
Liaising with external IT vendors and suppliers to help procure IT services and products
Working 3 days a week
Reporting to Head of Operations
Qualifications required

Intimate knowledge of Mac OS X Server, Windows XP, Mac OS Client, IP and ethernet networking, MS Office
1-2 years previous experience in IT helpdesk support
