This role will require the candidate to be accountable for individual, team, operational or departmental results. Drawing from relevant experience, the suitable candidate will need to:

- Demonstrate creative problem solving, independently generate solutions using analytical skills and business knowledge; challenge processes and identify improvements
- Provide technical/operational advice and leadership; work independently; have a positive impact on customer satisfaction and business measurements including cost and expense; have budgetary responsibility and participate in department planning, if required.
- This role will also require the candidate to lead and manage teams of various sizes ranging from 20-40 (located partly in Singapore and partly in India).
Requirements
- Prior project management skills
- 24x7 production support delivery experience
- Technically strong and able to perform technical planning and review
- Good client and vendor management skills
- Banking domain knowledge preferrably in Retail Banking Domain
- Technical Experience in Web technologies such as Websphere Applications, Java and Rational Applications Developer is important. [Skills (or equivalent skills) as follows: IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), IBM WebSphere Application Developer (WSAD), Rational Application Developer (RAD), Rational Rose, Rational Clear Case, Java, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB), Javascript, HTML, IBM DB2, IBM MQ, Unix]
- Experience in Eontec Framework, Struts Framework, Rational Robot (include scripting), , JProbe Java Profiling tool experience will be preferred.
