1. Infrastructure Solutions Pre-Sales Consultant
Understanding users requirements, designing and proposing solutions.
Involved in Business Development activities.
Providing Cost Estimation to Tenders Submission for the sales team.
Participate in POC, tender presentation and clarification.
Job Requirements
Possess a good tertiary education in IT Computer Science.
Should possess pre/post sales experience in one or more of the following:
1. Microsoft Windows NT/2000/2003
2. HP UNIX
3. IBM AIX
4. SUN Solaris
Working experience in Systems Infrastructure is essential.
Experienced in project procurement process will be advantageous.
ITIL or PMP certifications preferred.
2. Services Pre-Sales Consultant
Understanding users requirements, designing and proposing services solutions.
Conducting Benchmarking exercise, Customer Satisfaction survey, SOPs on periodic basis.
Designing workflows, processes, governance policies and procedures.
Analyse the key operations performance indicators for better operation efficiencies and improvement in service quality.
Creating and maintaining training materials/guidelines for the team.
Job Requirements
Experiences in Customer Contact Centre knowledge
Should possess experience in Microsoft Office (including Visio)
Should possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Experienced in customer relations will be essential.
