IT Executive/ Engineer (Network/ System Support & Analyst)

If you haveany of the following experience: -

Site Survey experience .
Installation Planning (eg. resource planning, shipment planning, etc).
Testing and Commissioning.
Generate progressive and management reports.
Gather and study user and system requirements.
Condust system impact analysis, translate into functional and design specifications, conduct design walkthroughs and to obtain approval.
Develop and implement business application systems which includes system development, program coding as well as testing, deploying and implementing systems.
Provide software maintenance and user support by maintaining the business application systems, supporting user requests and resolving system issues.
Candidate involved in system documentation and conducting training to users.
Provide system administration of Windows NT/ 2000/ 2003 servers and applications.
Problem resolution, account and configuration management, system enhancement and monitoring.
Network administration which includes problem resolution, configuration and monitoring of LAN/ WAN and wireless equipment.
User support relating to second level support to troubleshoot and solve user problems relating to Windows and network on a 7/24 hours basis.
Update documents and prepare monthly management reports.
Manage daily backup on systems and databases, perform restoration and recovery operations.
Monitor system performance and performing capacity planning to ensure that the system response time is within the permissible level.
With 24*7 operations of various Unix systems (AIX) and SAN experience, as well as to provide 2nd level support to Service Desk.
Experience in feasibility studies in evaluating and introducing new technology.
Provide support in theareas including mobile technology management (e.g push-mail solution), software distribution, IT desktop equipment evaluation/recommendation/procurement, innovative technology &gadgets research and recommendation.
Troubleshoots via the phone hardware/software, network operating problems and involves technical resources to ensure resolution.
Identifies, investigates and researches user Q&A as well as isolating and resolving information systems problems.
If you meet any of the requirements:

Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology.
NTC/ITC/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Experience in trouble-shooting of PCB Board to component level.
Familiar of usage with Diagnostic Tools and Test Equipment such as Oscilloscope, Power supply and Spectrum Analyser.
Familiar with accounting software
Good standard of Soldering skills.
Understanding of Schematic diagrams; analysing and trouble-shooting of digital and analog circuit.
Experience in System Level Maintenance.
Knowledge in Traffic Management (Surveillance & Door Access System).
Knowledge in Communication and Radio Frequency Equipment/Instrument.
Able tostandby for maintenance services for 7 by 24 hours.
Possess strong knowledge in SAP ABAP programming standard and are experienced in SAP script, Smartforms, User Exits, BADI, ALV report, BDC, LSMW and Dialog programming.
IT Helpdesk Support experience or desktop support experience.
Familiar with Win2000/XP platform, MS Office/Outlook2003.
Hands-on experience in installation/configuration, operation support and/or administration of the various basic hardware and software that are required in a typical Exchange service environment (eg. server, storage, backup system, SMTP, MOM, anti-pam/virus, archival, etc.)
Windows 2000/ 2003 (MCSE preferred).
Cisco IOS (CCNA preferred) and wireless networking.
Relevant knowledge and experience in Checkpoint NG firewall, Netscreen firewall, IT security Microsoft Exchange 2003, IIS6, ISA, Veritas Netbackup and Backup Exec is preferred.
System Administration; Sun Solaris, HP_UX; Windows Platform, Sun Clustering.
Network Administration; configuration of Router, Switches, Load Balancer.
Security Administration; Intrusion Detection System and Firewall system e.g CheckPoint, PIX.
Database Administration; e.g Oracle and SQL Plus, Veritas NetBackup, SANStorage Server Hardware Maintenance.
Experience in System Level Maintenance.
Able to converse in English / Mandarin / Korean / Japanese
Windows 2000/ 2003 (MCSE preferred).
Experience in managing Unix systems, Storage Area Network, Verita Netbackup system.
Experience in IBM AIX, Oracle, SQL or SAP Basis is an advantage.
