Design and apply appropriate project management framework for managing production of the required deliverables
Involved in project planning, monitoring, risk management, project progress, resource management
Prepare and maintain the Project Plan (or Project Execution Plan), Stage and Exception Plans
Change control and configuration management
Liaison with appointed project assurance roles to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project
Adopt technical and quality strategy to identify and obtain any support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project
Requirements:
B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experienced in handling Government Project SDLC cycles, including systems analysis, design and development phases
Strong technical skills with current technologies, tools and industry trends such as Java, Oracle/ SQL, Dot Net and Visual C
Possess good understanding of the technical issues of clients
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to maintain strong rapport with key technical personnel of clients
Good verbal and written communication
Certifications in Project Management such as CITPM or PMP will be highly valued.
