Singapore - Service Relationship Manager (Team Manager)

Service Relationship Manager (Team Manager) - Only Singaporean/ Singapore PR holder may apply

- Diploma / Degree holder with min 3-4 years relevant experience

- Provide support to the Relationship Managers and leading a team of Client Associates

- Provides guidance to all Client Associates under his/her charge and is in charge of ensuring all Head Office policies, guidelines, processes and procedures are disseminated

- To check for completeness of all account opening forms signed by the clients before client acceptance

- To handle the servicing of all clients’ needs and queries and to perform verification of client instructions

- To ensure timely and accurate processing of all clients’ transactions with zero error

(e.g. time deposit withdrawal/deposit, outgoing remittances, unit trust subscription/redemption)

- To update and maintain the Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) register for all Relationship Manager (RM) and to assist the RM to follow up on annual review of Risk Assessment in ensuring the RMs are in compliance with current guidelines and regulations

- To ensure fulfillment tracking of Gift Redemption for clients under various marketing promotions

- To support any investigations of complaint received from client by coordinating with Compliance, Quality Assurance & Process Control , Service Quality Department to resolve issue

- To update and provide periodic statistics (MIS) reporting to Compliance and Sales

- To attend appropriate training and courses for new products, procedures and knowledge update
