Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Group Account Manager, you promote and sell our OOH (out of home) solutions to direct advertisers and media agencies. This role requires the incumbent to prepare and present proposals and presentations. You need to understand the theories and practices of media planning and research, and interpret these to your clients as part of your solutions package. You will also submit regular sales reports to your Group Account Director, as well as the Sales Director.
Requirements:
3 years' relevant working experience, preferably with background in Marketing, Media, Advertising, PR or Events. Fresh graduates with potential will be considered.
Good written and spoken English is essential.
Basic knowledge in print production techniques.
Strong communication, negotiation, organizational skills.
Good time management skills is important.
Able to work under pressure and adapt to heavy workload.
Good team player with strong sense of responsibility.
Proficient in Mac OS and MS office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of another language will be an asset.
Sales Co-ordinator
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Group Account Director, you will provide seamless administrative and coordination support for the sales team. You will handle all correspondences, including contracts, orders and assist the Sales Managers in their presentation materials. Liaising and working with other teams and departments on bookings and related issues will also form a crucial part of your job. You are alsoexpected to undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
At least a Diploma, preferably in Business or Media.
Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience in sales support.
Good presentation skills.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Mature individual with initiative and positive work attitude.
Proficient in MS office applications, especially Word and Excel.
Preferably those who can join immediately or within short notice.
