Position Requirement
1. Education: Bachelor of Art, Design, Visual Art and relevant major or above.
2. More than 5 years experience in creative or design department of well-known Advertising Agency. More than 2 years experience as a design director.
3. With sharp sense of modern visual art, creative thought and perfect design expression ability.
4. With strong groundwork of designing and proposing.
5. Good at communication, expressing and influencing.
6. With sharp insight of the latest trend at home and abroad, and strong ability to take action accordingly.
7. Familiar with exhibition and stage design. Know 3D design preferred.
8.Good at speaking and listening Mandarin
Job Description
1. Generate creative and expressive proposal according to AE’s information or Client’s need, to satisfy clients mostly.
2. Manage and train your design team, inspire them to accomplish tasks nicely.
3. If needed, cooperate with AE to interview clients.
