Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will guide your team in their posting and cleaning duties. You will carry out regular checks on the work and performance of your team, rectify anything that is not in line with company standards, and flag out areas for improvement to ops management. You will be the contact person between your operatives and the ops management. In this job, you also need to liaise frequently with your colleagues in Sales and Marketing on their posting requirements. You will take instructions from the Manager and fulfill them accordingly.
Requirements:
At least a Diploma, preferably in an Engineering aspect.
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience as a supervisor (those without the experience will not be considered.)
Those with supervisory experience in posting and/or cleaning will be preferred.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Able to handle a big team and work well with people.
Class 3 driving license is a MUST.
Electrician
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you carry out regular maintenance and checks on our street furniture. You play a key role in ensuring our furniture complies with company standards and requirements. You feedback to your supervisor any areas for improvement. On an ad-hoc basis, you will carry out other related duties when assigned.
Requirements:
An Electrician certificate is a MUST. (Those without the certification need not apply.)
Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience.
Able to work a 5.5 day week.
Class 3 license is a MUST.
Good spoken English. Able to work well with other people.
