Manager, Business Solutions This employee will be a member of the Business Solutions team focused on business and system processes. This employee will work closely with the various business users from functional organizations and IT to define, document, and find mutual solutions to enhance current business, financial and/or system processes. This person must have good business/system process skills, problem solving skills, and be able to clearly articulate solutions to end users.Responsibilities:. Identification and documentation of business/system processes requiring review.. Knowledge of SAP data query and report writing skills, enabling this person to study “data� in the environment and create adhoc reports/queries is required.. To support system-related month/quarter/year end closing activities.. Promptly resolve issues raised by end users and clearly communicate solutions.. Work with the defined development change control processes of the organization.. Provide leadership for team when assigned a project.. Communicate with internal users, vendors and management in both formal and informal situations.Qualifications and Requirements:. Business or Accountancy graduate with 4-6 years of working experience. . SAP workflow knowledge. Experience in SAP Financial module and either CRM module or HCM module is a plus.. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, learn, understand, capture, define, document and sell concepts and strategies, getting "buy-in" from the team.. Ability to handle high levels of responsibility, self-directed, with strong organizational and project management skills.
