-- Analyse and troubleshoot daily requests and queries raised by users on applications and systems
-- Liaise with vendors and internal IT teams as the primary technical contact for issue resolution
-- Participate in projects in ensuring that all operational requirements are achieved before implementation
-- Maintain the operability of the systems
REQUIREMENTS
-- 1 year working experience in web application development and support
-- Excellent problem solving skills
-- Excellent communication and writing skills
-- Good knowledge of web technology and programming (ASP, .NET, HTML, Perl, XML, Javascript and PL/SQL)
-- Good knowledge of Microsoft Server 2003, IIS and Oracle
-- Minimum Diploma in IT related field.
