Singapore - Regional Solution Sales

Regional Solution Sales Responsibilities:

Ø An experienced sales position focused on targeted sales efforts and customer relationship management of named accounts. Individuals will be responsible for developing opportunities, setting sales strategy, competitive positioning and account plan execution in selling various EPM and BI product solutions to existing customers and prospects.

Ø Target sales activities using the companies strong contact base of C-level executives from the banking and financial services industry

Ø Work closely with the US/India team on transferring domain selling knowledge. Build and train a small team of Sales Consultants to conduct follow up technical sales presentations with Heads of IT, VP’s, and IT Managers.

Ø Expectations and job responsibilities are, but are not limited to, attainment of assigned revenue quotas, accurate forecasting, customer presentations, working in a team environment to manage complex sales cycles, and to ensure customer success.


Ø Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Accountancy and/or IT preferred.

Ø At least 5 years of working experiences in a related and/or consulting industry preferred.

Ø Candidates with good exposure but less than 5 years of experience are welcome to apply for the Regional Sales Executive role.

Ø Candidates with strong technical background and/or accounting background is expected, and can also be considered for as Technical / Accounts Consultant role, if prefered.

Ø Basic knowledge of Relational and OLAP technology

Ø Advantageous to be experienced in selling Data Warehousing, BPM and BI products. Some key products are metaController, Hyperion, Business Objects, SAS, Cognos and/or competitive products with vertical experience when applicable.

Ø Strong knowledge in solution areas: Enterprise Analystics, Profitability Management, Basel II, Enterprise Data Warehousing, is beneficial.

Ø Ability to qualify, develop and manage an active pipeline to drive quarterly and annual results.

Ø Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles involving multiple products and solutions.

Ø Ability to manage a small team of Sales Consultants.

Ø Candidate must have track record of growing multi-year customer relationships.

Ø Provide technical pre-sales support, architect storage solutions and make technical presentations.

Ø Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation skills, and team leadership skills.

Ø Must be independent yet a strong team player.

Ø Tenacious and strong commitment to duties is expected.

Ø Ability to cope with stress and deadlines.

Ø Frequent traveling to Asia Pacific and Australia regions is expected.

Miscellaneous Information:

Ø Working Hours: Mon +- Fri from 9.30am +- 6.30pm.

Ø Location: Town area

Ø Travel: Worldwide travel with focus on Asia Pacific and Australia can be expected.

Ø Remuneration Package: Very Attractive Financial Package (possibly S$80,000 - S$200,000 per annum), Allowances and Bonuses to be provided (dependent on experiences)
