You will be responsible for the management ofnetwork infrastructure, servers andoffice automation systems. You will also need to liaise withclients on a regular basis and ensure thattheservice level agreements are met so as to maintain good working relationship.The incumbent willneed to assist the National Manager in operational planning and processes. You will need to provide input on the sourcing of IT equipments, services and systems in line with the company standards. In additon, you will provideassistance to the Business Service unit on user acceptance trainingfor any new software applications andversions.
The Person
You should possess minimum Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with at least5 years of implementation or application support expereince in a logistics industry. Candidates with in-depth knowledge in LAN, WAN and TCP will be advantageous. You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you need to liaise with customers and clients frequently. You should be able to liaise with both Mandarin and English speaking clients and be committed to serve your clients with the extra mile of service. Those candidates who can start immediately, would be advantageous.
