Working Location: East / West

Job Duties:

To provide 1st level IT support in call center environment.
Answering all calls within SLA, creating and recording of end-user's requests in tickets, attempt to resolve the problem, escalating the problem to next level support if required.
Resolving problems over the phone and escalate problems to second and third level support if necessary.
Handling incoming emails, tracking of ticket status, keeping users updated on status.
Perform administrative duties or assist in other IT related projects, as when required


Job Requirements:

Min. ITE or its equivalent. O and A Level holders with strong IT background and good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Preferably candidates with Six (6) months IT support experience especially in the helpdesk and/ or call center environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Familiar with MS-Win O/S, MS Office, Internet, Email Software, Basic Networking, PC hardware, etc.
Must have good troubleshooting with competent problem resolution skill.
Good communications and customer service skills.
