Working Location: West

Job Duties:

To provide phone support and handle walk-in users on estate and facilities-related (about 70%) and IT-related problems (about 30%).
To provide 1st level trouble-shooting on estate and facilities problems like audiovisual, training equipment and AV systems and IT problems e.g. computer hardware/software and network issues.
To assist in IT project implementations.


Job Requirements:

Diploma in Building and Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, Information Technology or its equivalent.
Preferably candidates with Six (6) months Estate-Facilities Management and IT support experience especially in the helpdesk and/ or call center environment.
Familiar with MS-Win O/S, MS Office, Internet, Email Software, Basic Networking, PC hardware, etc.
Prior experience in providing facilities support will be an added advantage.
Must have good troubleshooting with competent problem resolution skill.
Good communications and customer service skills.
Able to work in staggered hours (such as AM and PM shift).
