Responsibilities:
Provide eGovernment consultancy services to foreign governments agencies
Develop and drive proposals for overseas eGovernment programmes and projects and provide strategic inputs for developing successful proposals
Deliver consulting services in the areas of eGovernment architectures and government portals
Project management of overseas ICT projects
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology
Minimum2 to 4 years of Government Consulting experience with overseas experience preferred or have been involved in government projects (with 8 to 14 years of experience working in IT industry)
Prior experience in managing large scale overseas projects and have overseen the completion of at least one large scale project
Must be independent, highly motivated with strong customer orientation
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Certification in ITPM or other relevant ICT standards preferred
Must be willing to be posted overseas for one year or travel on a regular basis
2) Solution Architects(.NET/J2EE)
Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information TechnologiesMust have experience in SolutionArchitectingbased onJ2EE and/or MS.NETSolid Experience in SOA, XML Web Services Development using Apache Axis, REST, SOAP, ESB is a plusHave gone through at least 1 full SDLCExcellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skillsResult and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilitiesProject managements with eProcurement experience and knowledge will be advantageousSingaporeans/ Singapore PRs preferred
