Responsibilities:
-- Lead, develop, motivate and manage team of consultants
-- Plan, lead and manage an entire project from initiation to final delivery within time schedule, budget, contractual terms and with quality. Manage out/in-sourcing, collection and payment milestones and customer relationships.
-- Provide project management consulting to clients on the best approach; as well as offer improvements to architecture, design and processes to best serve clients’ environments and businesses.
-- Assist sales during the sales cycle in project proposals and contract negotiations; as well as requirements gathering and gap analysis, and translate business requirements into valid project plans.
Requirements:
-- Degree in Information Technology.
-- Additional certification in CITPM will be a plus.
-- Minimum 5 years’ proven track record in managing projects, consulting and professional services teams.
-- Experience in all stages of the software development and implementation life cycles.
-- Knowledge of .Net and SharePoint technology.
-- Individual with strong leadership quality, planning and organizational skills; as well as excellent customer relationship management, written, interpersonal and communication skills.
