Requirements:

Strong experience in handling 1st level Technical Support
Strong foundation in LAN & WAN
Strong foundation in Network Configuration and Troubleshooting
Good experience handling technical support
Min 1 year of experience in providing 1st Level Technical Support
Priority is given for candidates with Call Center Experience
Outgoing individual with Excellent communication in English
Ability to speak Mandarin is required
Min Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
