Requirements are:
We are seeking SAP FICO (TravelExpense Management)Consultant on 6 months contract.Pre-requisites:-- 8 to 10 Years SAP FICO experience with large global implementations (Support role or user rolewill not be considered)
-- Extensive experience in technology development and functional implementation
-- Experience in leading teams in the specific expertise area, across several implementations (part of ‘A’ team)
-- Demonstrate success in designing and implementing complex technical and functional solutions, identifying gaps, addressed the gaps with solutions
-- Demonstrate in depth understanding of key business processes in the area of FICO, as well competencies in process and application design
-- Ability to translate business requirements into processes, and contribute to the development of how this will be supported in SAP
-- Strategic thinking and an in depth understanding of key business processes within the HCM function
-- Experience working with the business in documenting requirements and translating to system design and solution
-- Can demonstrate success in working with global teams and delivering functional solutions
-- Very good and effective Communication skills required
-- Have the ability to manage the Client’s Process owners/ key users
-- Have owned and was accountable for blueprints, application configuration documents, functional specification and application documentation for the FICO functional domain (especially in Travel management)
-- Have been hands on and have ensured optimal integration within and across processes. Resolve integration related conflicts between process streams. Work with the other Process teams to ensure an integrated overall solution
