Singapore - Desktop Engineers/Helpdesk Specialist/Technical Assistants/ICT exec

Desktop Engineers/Helpdesk Specialist/Technical Assistants/ICT exec Post Date: 23 May 091. Desktop Engineer (Contract, 5 day week, Various locations)

Responsibilities:

Install and configure hardware and software on PC and peripherals.
Troubleshoot basic hardware/software and netwok problems.
Resolve end user issues as required
Active Directory account management
Assist in distribution of new systems
Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in IT or equivalent
Experience in email applications such as Lotus Notes R5 / R6 and MS Outlook etcSome knowledge in Cisco VPN, Basic Netwoking and Symantec Anti-virus
Good communication skills with high customer orientation
May need to perform OT as when required & 24*7 Standby
Open to Singaporean/PR only
2. Technical Assistant(Contract, West)

Responsibilities:

Perform first level problem diagnosis and resolve problems related to the company and application system.
Provide advice and assistance on the usage of software and hardware peripherals.
Installing and uninstalling of softwares, upgrading of softwares.


Requirements:

Basic PC hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
Willing to work at west area.
Singaporean/MY/PR only.


Position3:ICT Executive(Contract, West)

Responsibilies:

To project manage school-initiated projects.
To oversee and coordinate the use of Computer Labs.
Monitor the status of various IT equipment in Computer Labs.
Propose solutions when there is a need to replace/upgrade based on the needs of the school.
Coordinate all requestes and issues raised by staff
Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in IT/any related fields
at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in school environment
Experienced in providing IT trainings in softwares such as MS applications/Adobe Photoshop will be advantageous
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Good planning, analytical and negotiation skills.
Possess Skills in Web/Databases/application will be advantageous
Only Singaporeans/ PRs may app.
Position 4: IT Helpdesk Specialists (Contract, East, North,West)

Responsibilities:

Provide 1st level support and resolution to end users enquires and problems.
Take ownership of all calls.
Good troubleshooting knowledge in PC, Printers, LAN and various softwares.
Resolve issues relating to network connectivity.
Requirements:

Min Diploma in IT or relevant.
IT helpdesk or desktop experience with good communication and customer service experiences.
Handling incoming calls and perform 1st level of support pertaining to end-users enquires.
Good working knowledge with lotus notes, basic network connectivity, hardwares/softwares issues.
Highly motivated team player, independentand self starter.
Must be willing to work shifts.
