Working Location: East / Central

Job Duties:

To provide excellent customer support by understanding customers’ request and taking appropriate action to resolve the 1st level networking and systems problems.
To monitor customers’ equipment and critical systems.
To escalate 2nd and 3rd level issues to Network and Systems Engineering team.
To provide trouble-shooting on computer hardware/software and network problems.


Job Requirements:

Min. ITE or its equivalent. O and A Level holders with strong IT background and good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Preferably candidates with Six (6) months IT support experience especially in the helpdesk and/ or data center environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Familiar with MS-Win O/S, MS Office, Internet, Email Software, Basic Networking, PC hardware, etc.
Must have good troubleshooting with competent problem resolution skill.
Good communications and customer service skills.
