Minimum 3 yrs of experience supporting LANs/WANs in a vendor environment
MCSE, CCNA, or other IT certification will be an advantage
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science/IT
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in configuration of servers, PCs, remote access (Citrix, TS), routers
Fluency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
