Singapore - Administrative Executive - Insurance

Administrative Executive - Insurance Post Date: 02 Mar 09Responsibilities

Responsible for timely renewal quotations of insurance policies
Ensure proper administration of insurance coverage & renewal of road tax
Assist in checking & mailing of policy documents to customers
Handle customers’ request & enquiries
Update of insurance records and data
Maintain proper filing of insurance documents


Requirements

O' Level/ Diploma, preferably with Certificate of Insurance
At least 2 years' relevant experience in insurance industry
Experienced in General & Motor Insurance is an advantage
Meticulous, hands-on and resourceful
Excellent negotiation skills with good interpersonal and communication skills
PC literate
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to commence work soon
