Singapore - Manager, Finance Department

Manager, Finance Department JOB DESCRIPTIONOversee the life, group & health, general premium and non insurance collection section
Provide support and assist the Head, Finance Operations in receipting, disbursements and GIRO operations of the Company
Ensure accounting for collection is complete and accurate
Ensure controls are adhered to with regard to reconciliation, collection, customer service and disbursement processes
Recommend improvements to the work-flow operations
Review of work processes to achieve work efficiency and productivity
REQUIREMENTSTertiary education with a professional degree in accountancy
At least 7-8 years of insurance industry accounting experience preferably, with at least 3 years of working experience in a management position
Good public relationship and communication skills
Ability to plan, organize and supervise staff
Possess a high degree of integrity
