Singapore - Admin Executive Call Centre

Call Centre/Admin Executive As part of theBenefits Solutionsteam, yourmain responsibilities are tohandle customers' enquiries and requests as well as to provide administrative support to the team.

Customers' enquiries and requests can come in the form of phone calls and emailswhichyou will be expected to handle both modes efficiently and professionally -and in doing so,achieving the service objectivesof providing accurate and prompt responses.While interacting and communicating with customers, you will also be required to update complete and exact details in the customer relationship (CRM) database. In addition, you will work closely with internal teams in providing timely and appropriate escalations and resolutions, as part of the continual process streamlining and improvements.

Besides Call Centre duties, you will be required to render administrative support to the team. The duties includehandling the administration of Flexible Benefits program - processing claims and ensuring the accurate reimbursements; as well as providing administrativesupport to the team's insurance broking portfolio. Requirements

§ Diploma and degree holders with at least 1 year related experience. O Levels/ A Levels with 3 years relevant experience will also be considered.

§ Those who possess insurance related certifications e.g. CMFAS Module 5 & 9, Certificate in Health Insurance, Certificate in General Insurance, etc, will be preferred.

§ Matured with excellent customer service and communication skills

§ Ability to multi-task in a team environment while able to work independently.

§ Fluent in English and one other local language.

§ Meticulous and possess initiative
