Job Responsibilities:
-- Participate actively in all phases of the project including planning and analysis, design, development, testing and implementation, related to their area of expertise.
-- Identifying and documenting all business, technical, product and process requirements. Working with the client to prioritize and rationalize the requirements.
-- Analyzing and understanding the current state processes to ensure that the context and implications of change are understood by the clients and the project team.
-- Developing an understanding of how present and future business needs will impact the solution.
-- Helping to define acceptance criteria for completion of the solution
--Ensure the establishment and application of best practices in all areas of ECM Business Analysis and Process Design.
-- Provide services effort estimates for sales engagements,
-- Participate in sales engagements/technical support activities as required, and
-- Participate in writing of project proposals
--Provide any other ECM relevant service in accordance with existing skills and experience as and when necessary
Job Requirements:
-- Bachelor's degree or Diploma with a minimum of 4-6 years experience in business process management.
-- Significant hands-on experience with major content management and process management software solutions.
-- Experience in the Insurance and Financial sectors.
-- Excellent balance between technical and business knowledge.
-- Excellent communication and English language skills.
-- Knowledge of IBM FileNet ECM solutions and Chinese language is desirable.
-- Singaporean or Permanent Residents only.
