Singapore - ASSOCIATE, AGENCY DISTRIBUTION (PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND RECOGNITION)

ASSOCIATE, AGENCY DISTRIBUTION (PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND RECOGNITION) You will be part of the Performance Management and Recognition team for Agency Distribution Department. Your main role is to increase the sales productivity and growth of the agency channel by motivating the agency force through delivering accurate, timely and effective performance management reports and effective management of incentive programmes and other projects.

The Job:

Create statistical tools and reports using spreadsheets
Manage, organize and update relevant data using database applications
Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups
Analyse and interpret agency productivity statistics and other data, and produce relevant reports
Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to performance monitoring and evaluation
Prepare reports and performance measures for agency incentive programs
Manage performance management programmes and other projects
Undertake other tasks, related to the operations of Performance Management and Recognition Section and Agency Distribution Department as and when required
Pre-Requisites:

A Bachelor’s Degree in actuarial science, finance, business statistics, management information systems, IT or a related field
2 years of relevant working experience in insurance, finance or related industry preferred. Fresh graduates with aptitude and drive will be considered
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word), Business Intelligence tools e.g. Cognos, Microstrategy
High level of IT literacy e.g ability to quickly learn and use business software tools e.g. Business Intelligence/Data Mining software
Excellent organizational and data verification skills
Results driven with a keen analytical mind
Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbally and in writing)
Ability to work independently and manage a varied portfolio
Ability to work under pressure, and to handle high volume with tight deadlines
Good team player and self-driven
