Requirements :

Degree in IT or an equivalent professional qualification

Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in an IT Service Desk supervisory role including demonstrated people management

Experience in an outsourced environment

Prepared to manage an operation that runs 24 hours a day 7 days a week

Excellent disciplinary and performance track record

Good Communication and interpersonal skills
