This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
Responsibilities
-Responsible for the successful implementation of Siebel products at customer site from initial pilot to full customer production rollout and ongoing support for the customer in production.
-Advise project team on optimal design and use of Siebel products, and work on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variance factors.
-Provide regular account status to Customer and Management and act as liaison between integration partner, Siebel and customer.
-Provide support to customers in the resolution of complex issues and provide assistance on complex technical issues.
