Finance:
Initial, organise, coordinate and implement of all aspects leading up to the successful execution of advertising proposals and projects.
Develop and manage the budgeting process for projects to meet target profit margins, while ensuring that client expectations are being met.
Work proactively with creative, other members of department and client organization colleagues in the conceptualizing and execution of events.
Provide necessary facts on consumers, markets and competitors to relevant parties.
Administrate and co-ordinate accurate project documentations
About You:
To take on this challenge, you need to be:
Someone who possess 1 year relevant experience in account service and events management industry
A team player with a big personality, enjoys meeting people
Someone who enjoys going out and is familiar with Singapore’s night life
Dynamic, initiative and leadership qualities
Systematic with excellent attention to details
Able and willing to multi-task in a quick-paced environment
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Able to work on weekends when necessary
