You will manage the Hospital's admissions office.  This includes patient registration, information, financial counselling, billing and collection, and front office services.  You will supervise a team of staff to provide efficient and excellent service to clients and patients in relation to hospital admissions and collections.  You will also plan and implement policies and programmes for continuous improvement for the benefit of clients and patients, and in response to business and regulatory requirements.

 

You should possess strong leadership skills, have the ability to communicate well with all levels and be supportive of change.  Candidates with Business Administration or a related degree with at least 2 years of experience in the service or healthcare industry will be ideal for this role.

 

Patient Relations Officers

 

You will support the daily operations of our admissions office. You will advise patients on billings and estimated bill size, administer admissions and discharges, handle patients' enquiries, as well as review periodically the billing & collection policies and work processes for improvements.

 

Being a meticulous and service-oriented individual, you should have a recognized Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Tourism or Customer Service, preferably with relevant working experience in the hospitality or healthcare industry. 

Both positions require to work on weekends and public holidays.
