A Trusted Adviser to Dell's Enterprise customers.
Conduct regular Training and Mentoring sessions toSales/Account individuals - Product Features, Selling, Qualification, and Closing capabilities.
Solutions crafting to meet or exceed customer's requirements.
Resourceful in finding new ways to build business and pipelines
Maintains strong customer experience at all time.
Upselling capabilities to improve solution profitability.
Proactive engagements in all stages of the buying process.
Constant communication and mentoring with account team to drive mindset on ESG
Proactive and energetic in developing new leads generation activities through inbound and outbound calls.
Conduct business interlocks with sales teams and their leaders to gain mindshare on Enteprise business
Ability to converse and communicate with people at all levels is a must.
Excellent Presentation Skills is a MUST.
Process extensive experience in server & storage technologies and has strong abilities to be able to upsell complementing solution offerings such as virtualization, data management, clustering, backup, etc with ability to conduct demo or product presentation.


Qualifications:-

Degree in Computer Science or IT or equilvalent.
Minimum 8-10 years or more working experience in a similar environment especially in a sales environment.
Experience operating in a similar MNC environment would be an added advantage
Technical selling experience and preferences will be given to those with pre-sales experience.
Must be able to take challenges.
Those driven or with working sales experience withquota/targets will be an added advantage
Proven track record in similar capacity will definitely be an added advantage.
Strong drive to exceed sales targets
Looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Good interpersonal relationship skills is a must.
Excellent spoken, reading and written skills in Malay, English, and Mandarin
Aggressive, self driven, proactive, and energetic characteristics perferred
Ability to work under pressure
