Singapore - HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE Responsibilities:

3 years of related experience in the hotel industry will be an advantage and preferred;
Handles full spectrum of HR functions;
Handles recruitment and selection; training administration, yearly performance management, payroll and benefits administration;
Familiar and conversant with MOM guidelines and regulations;
Good knowledge of Singapore Labour Law;
Familiar with CPF act and regulations;
Applications for the various work passes under MOM;
Provides HR support to both corporate office and hotel;
Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.


Requirements:

Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent;
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience;
Payroll experience (Timespay software);
Work independently with initiative, resourceful and a positive attitude outlook;
Good Interpersonal and communication skills;
Bilingual in both spoken English and Mandarin;
Proficient in MS Office applications;
Able to commence work at short notice;
