This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to develop and set up the compliance functions of an internationalprivate bank.
-- Provide compliance advisory to Private Client Unit & Investment Advisory team
-- Conduct regular compliance reviews and control assessments
-- Perform ongoing monitoring against group policies and MAS regulations
-- Disseminate and facilitate regulatory compliance requirements
-- Ensure that Anti-Money Laundering processes meet regulatory requirements (especially KYC)
Requirements:-
-- Possess a degree or professional qualifications
-- At least 8 years of relevant experience in a similar function
-- Private banking experience preferred
-- Familiar with relevant rules and regulations, code of conducts, etc. applicable to a Singapore licensed corporation
