Requirements

Min "O' / "A" / Diploma in Banking and Finance or any disciplineMinimum 2 years of experience in Bills / Trade Service Dept for foreign banks
Strong LC operations experience (Bank LC Checker preferable)
Proven record of capability to perform tasks assigned systematically in dynamic business environment
In-depth experience to perform daily operations meticulously and promptly
Strong knowledge of ICC UCP 600 and Incoterms 2000
Proficient in Ms Excel and Words
Strong organizational skills and highly competence to vet complicated foreign LC
Highly competent in solving problem engaging with complex LC
A committed team player and problem solver
Detail-oriented and proactively improve service quality
Responsibilities:

Handle full spectrum of LC operating functions for the commodity trading in Cotton Div.
Proactively engage and advise Trader on import / export LC opening / negotiation matters
Talk initiative to elimate LC terms and conditions and may create monetary risk
Prepare LC application for opening LC and liaise with Banks for LC documents presentation
Vet through import / Export LC terms and conditions and advise amendment promptly
Perform Order processing / Shipping Instruction making
Organize required documents for LC Negotiation / Documentary collection against LC (DA / DP)
Ensure accurate and timely submission of documents to bank and data entry
Monitor inflow and outflow of funds engaging with global trade transactions
(B) Operation Executive (Shipping Documentations)

Requirements:

GCE "O"/"A' / Diploma in Shipping or any disciplines
Min 2 years experience with Shipping lines / logistics company
Strong knowledge of shipping / logistics operations (Dry Container cargo)
Capability to perform tasks assigned under tight timeline in dynamic business environment
In-depth shipping experience to perform daily operations meticulously
Strong knowledge of dry container shipping terms and Incoterms 2000
Strong organizational skills and competence in monitoring global shipment in line with customer's expectation
Proactive and strong sense of urgency to meet tight deadline
Responsibilities:

Handle full set of global shipping operations and documentations of commodity trading in Cotton Div.
Proactively ensure that all shipping operations and procedures and practices meet the division standard global operating guidelines.
Monitor import / export shipments comply with Purchase / Sales Contract and Shipping Instruction
Coordinate with Forwarding Agent / Shipping Lines / Logistics Company / Warehouse to execute cargo shipping in line with appointed warehouse lot allocation
Perform Order processing and make vessel booking in line with LC terms and conditions
Prepare Shipping Advice / Packing List / Weight List or others related shipping documents
Responsible for monthly shipping report and promptly to capture latest global shipment details
Liaise with suppliers / logistics company to ensure timely advice of vessel schedule to customers
Ensure Global Daily Booking List and Shipment Tracking Report are updated accurately and timely
Proactively ensure prompt receipt of import B/L and make arrangement of switch B/L and /or surrendered B/L
